Damaged or Incorrect Products

2. Describe the issue: Provide a detailed description of the damage and attach clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Upon receiving your damaged item, we will perform a quality control check to ensure the issue is our responsibility. If the item is found to be unused and in its original packaging, we will process the exchange or refund.

Note: The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the purchaser.
